    - Management objectives for the goal of the process of HRM/HRD planning and direction of the administrative staff for the organization which coves recruitment, development training the service.
    - Management system of Human Resource section according to the company policy, as well as developing and improving process to achieve target of the Human Resource section.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male/Female, age 40 years old up.
    - Bachelor degree in Political science or public administration or law of human resource or in relate field.
    - Work Experience 8 - 10 years in the human resource management of not less than 8 years.
    - Good command of speaking and writing in English and Japanese is advantage.
    - Good knowledge of both labor protection law and employees relation law.
    - Computer literacy.
    - Strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
    - Have experience in Japanese company.
