  【Job Description】
  Understand business needs, define requirements and specifications, manage system development in e-commerce platform which using subcontract company and internal resource.
  
  - Our company use Magento 2 as an e-commerce core system.
  - Our e-commerce platform means everything related e-commerce for example WMS, OMS, product information management, stock and order management with online malls and SNS commerce, customer support system, marketing platform and more.
  - In-corporate conversations and document creation are in English.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Collect and analyze needs from customers and the team and define the most suitable system requirements and specifications, and give a advice for business requirements from system side.
  - Manage outsourcing company and in-corporate development team to perform well.
  - Improve our e-commerce platforms.
  - Test and improve systems to the professional quality and ensure usability, excellence in UX and operational reliability.
  - Plan and conduct A/B testing and collaborate with the marketing team to interpret and user behaviors objectively and implement required needs to improve the systems.
  - Fully commit to promised tasks, outcome and timeline. Anticipate risks and remove potential obstacles, and solve problems proactively and timely.
  - Manage and progress multiple tasks to achieve results fast and accurately. Communicate with managers and stakeholders professionally.
  - Prepare operating manuals and train internal users if necessary.
  - Use English for in-house and subcontractor conversations and documentation.
  - Flexibility in the work scope might be required, as this is a startup company.
