Job Description
- Receive order and requirement from customers and design based on requirement
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute the design of plastic injection mold tooling
- Work with managers and customers to fully understand the requirement of molded part design, and integrate these requirements into mold design
- Develop mold design concepts (consistent with prototype to high cavitation tools)
- Leverage modeling and simulation studies, run by other experts, to improve and optimize mold designs for productivity and longevity
- Develop and integrate new mold design approaches and new mold design technology
- Deliver complete fabrication ready 3D mold designs
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, age Under 40 years old(New Grad NG)
- Strong CAD skills (CAD NX or CATIA)
- Experience in plastic injection design and layout(more 5 years)
- Able to visualize complex 3-dimensional geometry and motion.English Level
