  • Job Description

    ★Responsible for all HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, training and development, company’s regulations and employee relations

    - Plan and utilize the most effective talent acquisition channel to attract the best fit candidates for the functions
    - Manage compensation & benefits strategies and programs to ensure that they are competitive, align with the business objectives and legal compliance
    - Handle company’s payroll processing
    - Manage training plans and other organization development programs that align with the business objectives
    - Provide guidance and consult on HR issues when requested or when needed to improve company’s performance
    - Prepare reports, submissions and other necessary correspondence relevant to HR matters
    - Other tasks assigned by CEO

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any related fields 45 years old above (Prefer Female)
    - At least 20 years’ experience in HR & Administration functions in a Factory environment
    - Experienced in Logistics company is a plus
    - Strong knowledge in Thai Labor Law
    - Excellent command in English
    - Outstanding communication and presentation skills, and effective listening skills
    - Computer literacy
