  We have already 1 female 35 years old manager and 20 staff, we need 1 more Japanese speaking manager in DONKI MALL
  【During probation】Shifted schedule *work on weekend for 119 days
  - Wait on customer
  - Tell rule and show how to do sports to customer
  
  【After probation】You don't need work on weekend
  *You don’t need wait on customer after probation, we would like you to do store operation mainly.
  - Schedule shifts
  - Instruct part-time staffs
  - Cash control (manage cash and prepare cash for cashier)
  - Take care of play machines an report to Japanese MG if find any problems
  
  *Customer = Thai (50%), Japanese (50%)
  *We have plan to set up new stores, so you have career path as a supervisor in the future and we can provide quick promotion to you than other company.
