• Job Description

  • Responsible for checking and posting both sales invoices and purchase invoices into system
  • Prepare monthly sales and cost reconciliation
  • Prepare details of balance sheet such as accrued income, accrued expenses, advance receive and advance payment account
  • Perform monthly accrued income and cost including any adjustment
  • Prepare for application form PND.3, 53, 54, PP.30, 36 including of issue withholding tax certificate
  • Prepare input VAT report
  • Transfer undue input VAT to Input VAT
  • Work closely with team and business unit to ensure timely and accurate monthly closing
  • Liaison with external & internal auditors
  • Other assignments as required by supervisor
