    - Manage and control manufacturing performance to achieve annual operation plan, service, quality and area of cost control
    - Manage 3 productions
    - Management based on strategical policy with PDCA
    - Improvement for all kinds of activities in plant with PDCA
    - To maintain current activities in plant , manage and control manufacturing performance to achieve annual operation plan, service, quality and area of cost control
    - Human resource management : To motivate employees and develop capability of all employees

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male age between 45 - 55 years old
    - Bachelor Degree or higher of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production Engineer
    - At least 15 years' experience in the production/engineering management, Process Engineer, Quality control.
    - Good sample of all employees about manner, courtesy
    - Severe but gentle & fair character to all of employees　
    - Strong will to achieve targets
    - Sense of top management to lead ISTH being better ( competitive ) company
    - Positive mind, logical thinking, aggressiveness & clear-sighted and actions based on them
    - Good leadership and cooperation with all of employees
