  1.Planning Manpower, Control and put operator in the suitable position
  2.Meeting, advise Foreman, Ling leader and Operator as per general condition
  3.Problem analysis and find solution for machine problem during production
  4.Engineering knowledge advice for any relate section
  5.Purchasing, Control raw material and any production equipment support
  6.Control all machine, Tool and Measuring equipment to ready for production
  7.Summarize productivity and quality of each month, report to assistant manager
  8.Machine adjustment and coordinate with maintenance team for machine repair
  9.Production line document preparation, issue and control
  10.Follow up daily, Weekly and Monthly production plan
