Qualifications

  • Requirement

    *** Must ***
    Male/Female age 42-47 years old up.
    Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or Related Fields.
    At least 10 years of experience in Automotive part industry.
    Strong in HRD HRM
    At least 10 years up in HRM,HRD,GA functions in a Managerial level.


    ** Advantage **


    Good Command of written and spoken in English or Japanese.
    Good technical skill and leadership.
    To have knowledge about quality management system.
