Job Description
1.To lead a team of operators to meet production yield and target.
2.In charge of the daily output requirements and operational efficiency.
3.Overseeing the Production Department scheduling, production control, inventory control and output.
4.Achieving on the Production Plan
5.Daily, weekly and monthly production reporting on output against targets and production plan
6.Controlling production and stock follow as production plan
7.Controlling operator to work follow as working standard and safety
8.Summary production actual and defect
9.Assisting with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirement
** Must **
1.Female, Thai nationality, age between 29-35
2.Bachelor Degree in Engineer or related field (Polymer science is plus)
3.2 years up in Production supervisor position
4.Knowledge of quality management system IATF16949
5.English Toeic Score 450 up / or English subject in Transcript grade B+ up
** Advantage **
6.Good knowledge of production capabilities, carpet stitching, woven work
7.Knowledge and understanding the working system of the extruder, hot melt spays
8.Knowledge and understanding the system of polymer products used for production
9.Responsible for controlling and supervising production to meet the quality and goals
10.Have the ability to plan production to support the needs of customers
11.Have the ability to solve problems in production
12.Can solve immediate problems
13.High tolerance and can work under pressureEnglish Level
