  • Job Description

    You will work with Thai operator team, 3 operators including you and 1 Japanese SV.
    * Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls.
    Those calls are from 9 countries mainly Singapore, Philippine,Indonesia, Malaysia and Thai.
    * Follow communication scripts when handling difficult topics
    * Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
    * Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
    * Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
    * Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance
    * Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

  • Requirement

    * Thai nationality, Age 24 - 40 years old, Any gender
    * Have experience in customer support/call center is preferable
    * Have 1 year working experience in any field is required
    * Have a hospitality mind and responsibility
    * Business level English (Your customers are from various countries)
    * Able to work in our office hour either 7:30 - 16:30 or 8:30 - 17:30
