  • Job Description

    • Drive and be accountable for revenue growth in Thailand by leading the agent acquisition and engagement teams. Our key drivers of growth are 1) agent acquisition, 2) agent activation and retention.
    • Lead the agent acquisition team to achieve agent acquisition targets across various online and offline channels including Facebook marketing and door-to-door acquisition (with stronger emphasis on Facebook marketing).
    • Lead the agent engagement team to activate and retain agents on our platform by means of content marketing and skill training via workshops.
    • Use a data-driven approach (e.g. data analytics and A/B testing) to identify the highest possible areas of impact across the agent acquisition and engagement journey, including marketing, training, platform enhancement, insurance product inclusion, etc.
    • Drive and prioritize growth initiatives and work cross-functionally to analyse new opportunities, develop solutions, actionable recommendations and results through a rigorous, data-driven process.
    • Work with co-founders to set sales targets and KPIs, and subsequently track, report and review teams’ performance against targets and KPIs, diagnose gaps in performance and provide actionable solutions to address them.
    • Overall leading and managing teams that are expected to grow to a combined size of 5-7 in the next 12 months.
    • Create a driven and collaborative environment that fosters active communication, creativity, and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Have worked in a fast-growing company before and comfortable dealing with the ambiguity and changing environment of an early stage startup.
    • 5+ years of working experience with at least 2 years’ experience in managing/ scaling teams.
    • Highly analytical, comfortable using data to drive decisions and ability to solve challenges in a creative and systematic way.
    • Experience in working with cross-functional teams including marketing, product and tech.
    • Willingness to problem-solve and hustle to find solutions (even if unconventional), positivity and possess a "can-do" attitude.
    • Effective communicator and highly proficient in English and Thai.
    • Bonus to have experience and interest in the insurance industry.
