• Job Description

  -Develop workflows for utilizing BIM, schedule, cost and other project data to track construction progress
  -Develop a model checking procedure and perform model checking for BIM models produced in-house and for models received from consultants and contractors
  -Develop BIM guidelines, standards and execution plans
  -Insure accuracy and consistency of project data received from consultants and contractors
  -Maintain a consistent record of all Building Information Models received on projects
  -Utilize 4D models to track construction performance
  -Provide guidance and education to the project team on the use of Building Information Modeling throughout the life-cycle of a construction project
  -Be a change agent to encourage the project team to innovate through process development and training
  -Understand and adopt continuous improvement initiatives and seek the implementation best practices
  -Stay current with new technology innovation in the field of BIM in the AEC industry
