  ◯Major Responsibilities
  The key role of an employee who works as an accounts receivable is to ensure company receives payments for goods and services, and records these transactions accordingly.
  
  - Be responsible and take full ownership of the accounts receivable and collection of the company
  - Process incoming payments and track unpaid goods or services by clients.
  - Check invoices sales receipts, bank deposit records for any discrepancies on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
  - Maintain and generate up-to-date financial records.
  - Weekly follows up on all accounts within the work list according to follow up procedures.
  - Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
  - Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  - Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  - Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  - Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
