    - Your direct boss is the head office in Japan
    - As working compliance coordinator, officer
    - Prepare the law of Information protection
    - Correspondence with Japanese head office by email about related document
    - Developing and implementing an effective corporate compliance policy or regulation including initiating related tools for promoting employee's awareness
    - Responsible to communicate or set a campaign relevant corporate compliance & ethics policy or regulation for educating and enhancing employee's knowledge and understanding
    - Provide supports and conduct compliance training by PPT or awareness as required
    - Ensure compliance with good corporate governance practices and requirements
    - Other tasks as assigned by Japanese Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, Age 24-35 years old
    - Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration or related fields
    - Have a good command of English (Neo-3up, Communicate with Japanese Head Office)
    - Junior also OK
    - A person who is interested in Compliance
    - Have experience in Big international company is an advantage

    - A person who can not say lie
    - A person who is patient and can do what is right
    - A person who is solid and strict for regulation or rule of the company
    - A person who can say anything if there is something mistake or wrong thing
