Job Description
1. Take care all Production Department. [Production planning and production control]
2. Ensuring products produced are accurate and meet quality standards and customers’ expectations as well as are delivered on time.
3. Direct daily workforce activities in order to meet throughput goals, compliant with established quality standards.
4. Manage manpower and leadership skills to direct employees.
5. Solve problem and Set the system of process for all production line and facility.
6. Control planning and scheduling, control part delivery and inventory stock
Qualifications
Requirement
•Male or Female
•Age 38-45 years old
•Bachelor’s or Master degree of Science (Chemistry) or Engineering.
•Paint manufacturing and people management in this industry more than 10-15 years experience.
•Experience in Paint Industry would be special considered.
•Have knowledge in production and process control(overall management).
•Good communication skills & to work under high pressure.
•Good command in English.
•High responsibility and willing to work hard.
•Knowledge People management.
•Process strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and problem solving skills.English Level
