    -Set up legal section
    -Providing legal advisory to management and business operation
    -Drafting and reviewing contract in supporting various corporate and commercial transactions both domestic and international
    -Preparing documents for company registration
    -Monitoring new and updated laws
    -Performing administrative tasks
    -Investigate and provide solution when legal issues occur, follow up with corrective and preventive status and report to management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male or Female, Thai national, Age 28-40
    - Bachalor’s Degree in Law
    - Have lawyer license
    - At least 2 years work experience in legal field(in house or legal firm)
    - Good command of English(Level 3 up)

    【Advantage】
    - Active person, Can-do attitude (due to set up legal section)
    - Able to start to work immediately
