    - Administer outbound shipments and coordinate with Sales team, Mill, freight forwarder and internal department
    - Responsible for preparing and monitoring all shipping documents, checking draft LC and coordinate and negotiate with bank
    - Other related to shipping as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, age between 23 - 27 year
    - University level in Business Administration, Export, Logistic or related fields
    - 1-2 years of experience in international trade, Logistic , Import and Export (have knowledge and skills in export business would be advantage)
    - Good command in English
    - Good personality and want to work with the document
    - Computer proficiency in MS Office and email communication
    - Well organized and able to work under pressure and time constraint
