• Job Description

  - Responsible for overseeing overall supply chain operations.
  - Monitor inventory level, stock aging, and delivery on time, order filling to ensure KPI and service level can be achieved.
  - Handle demand planning part in order to forecast stock order and establish action plan to ensure OTD and customer requirements.
  - Prepare import/export clearance document for shipping and update with sales team for product supply.
  - Ensure all sales are approved.
  - Create strategic logistic strategies in order to reengineer supply chain process to ensure the efficiency and cost reduction.
  - Set up supply chain action plan and manage team budget.
  - Establish and strengthen good relationship with other departments and customers.
  - Ensure conformance with various rules and guidelines, including health and safety policies.
  - Follow the procedures for respective areas/operations.
  - Recommend changes and improvement where appropriate.
  - Follow Group Compliance strictly with no deviations.
