Job Description
1. Handle daily IT related issues and requests in Horiba South East Asia Country (Level 1 Support)
2. Procure, setup, back up and maintenance for servers, computers and networks locally and remotely Support in security and compliance to policies.
3. Record and track on IT hardware, software asset and inventory, service and IT related contracts and documentations.
4. Support Global and Local projects and liaise with necessary parties.
5. Communication and liaise with third-party supplier, ISP and other related parties.
6. Any other tasks given by Regional IT Manager and management
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Age between 22-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in IT related.
- Experience 0-1 year of related working experience in IT Support.
- Hands on computer hardware, software and networks. Familiar in Microsoft Office Products.
- Good command in English.
- Service mind, Logical thinking and take ownership for the tasks.
- able to travel as assignment. (oversea)English Level
