  • Job Description

    • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting
    • Develop affiliate marketing programs
    • Create and maintain an online business plan
    • Staying up to date on software or data trends
    • Keep current knowledge of online trends
    • Updating website for new mobile or computer systems to appeal to current and future customers
    • Provide analytic reports of online sales
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media, Email marketing
    • Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
    • Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
    • Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
    • Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve kpis
    • Coordinate with all online and E-Commerce Supplier
    • Being a center for Facebook fan page admin, monitoring all E-Commerce promotion questions and comment from customers
    • Gathering all email marketing result and analyze performance as monthly basis.
    • Support back-end E-Commerce system in basic function.
    • Constructing, developing monthly plan and monitoring to drive online traffic to all E-commerce channel including with Brand Site
    • Utilizing all related marketing and online media techniques to drive sales
    • Responsible for planning and budgetary control for all E-Commerce channel
    • Responsible on forecasting saleable products to all E-commerce channel
    • Align and Make sure all contents and words are spelled correctly on website
    • Handling all aspects of planned publicity campaigns and PR activities
    • Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Educated to degree level in Digital Marketing or any related field
    • Minimum experience of 5 years in managerial role of the field
    • Strong experience and expertise in E-commerce
    • Experience managing marketing and tech teams
    • Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
    • Experienced PR and Event coordinator to organize excellent events
    • Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis
    • Understanding and experience in, UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Google Analytics
    • Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels
    • Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools
    • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Be creative, imaginative and energetic
    • Responsible, well organized, detail oriented, self-motivated
    • Good command of English/Thai both spoken and written
