  • Job Description

    ■Reporting
    Analyze information and provide suggestions as well as report to management IN ORDER TO support for management decision making timely.

    ■HR Management
    Implement and Control all HR operations related to overall system and compliance of manpower planning, compensation & benefits, recruitment, training and HRD, employee relation, performance management, labor cost management and HRIS IN ORDER TO optimize Human resources management , maintain and strengthen the operations overall company.

    ■Manpower planning, Recruitment and Labor cost management
    Analyze & provide Manpower plan , attract, select, develop , retain talents and control labor cost expenses IN ORDER TO ensure all functions have high-performing associates and vacancies/new positions are filled in a timely, cost-effective manner and labor cost budget are effectively administered.

    ■Compensation & Benefit Management
    Draft the plan and Implement compensation & benefit plans to attract, retain, and reward associates appropriately IN ORDER TO maintain internal and external equity and ensure a performance-based culture.

    ■Training & HRD
    Ensure that functional training needs & Individual development plan are met via the facilitation of internal/external resources IN ORDER TO achieve high-performance employee results.

    ■Performance Management System
    Draft the plan and Implement performance management system to attract, retain, develop and reward employees appropriately IN ORDER TO ensure employees performance meet company requirement.

    ■Employee Relations and Labor union management
    Manage the Collective Bargaining Agreement process, employee issues, employee relationships and internal communications and smoothly manage Labor union IN ORDER TO attract and maintain a best-in-class workforce, be the employer of choice, and meet company objectives and no have Labor Union Strike and Labor disputation case.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male/Female
    - Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration especially in Human Resources Management or related fields.
    - Engineer Field or diploma degree with 10 years working experiences or more in related fileds
    - Graduated High School (High vocational is not allowed)
    - Fluent in English
    - Basic of Computer Literature.
    - Broad knowledge of HR functions
    - Basic of Thai Labor Law.

    - Work experience in Japanese company
