Analyze current state of organizational/HR management in client organization, identify issue to be addressed, design solutions and provide implementation support
[Job responsibility]
-Research and Analyze market segment
-Making powerpoint and presentation in English
-Visit client and hearing client needs in English and Japanese
-Discussion among Japanese client team
-Making consulting strategy for client needs in Japanese client team in English
-Solve customer trouble by using specific knowledgeRequirement
- Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age over 27
- Have bachelor degree in any field
- Strong Logical thinking, Strong Analyze skill, Active listener,
- Able to handle some projects in parallel
- Have good computer literacy(Especially Excel)
- Over 5 years working experience
- Be flexible, able to do task management by yourself
- English: Proficient level
- Japanese: Proficient level (JLPT N1 or N2)
- Experience as consultant is advantage
- Work experience in international company is advantage
- Have Proposal based Sales experience is advantageEnglish Level
