  1. Mainly support HRGA Team to work to support Employee & Company to achieve the mission
  2. Work with a cross functional team to support the company to achieve target
  3. Control HRGA information system, making report & analyze the information as company request.
  4. Lead the employees to follow as the Company direction.
  5. Formulating, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems and processes
  6. Create strategic planning to developing employees in the organization.
  7. Analyze design, provide learning activities and information for organization development.
  8. Analyze necessity of development, operate training and development and responsible for other task as assigned by superior.
