• Job Description

  1. Design and analysis Training Road-map & Training Courses consistent with core competency.
  2. Manage the implementation of talent and succession planning, leadership and competency management processes in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of career management.
  3. Designing and developing training and development programs.
  4. Design the individual Development Plan and development approaches from employee and consolidate them from line manager to ensure that all employee’s skill and capability are timely and effectively.
  5. Supporting current and future business needs through the development.
  6. Monitor and evaluation reports concluded the training course.
