    Your responsibilities are mainly (1)Logistic, (2)Accounting, (3)Interpreting and (4)Being contact person among Local outsource.
    - Interpret between Japanese MD and local manufacturing factory
    - Correspond to inquiry via phone or email
    - Coordinating meeting/visiting appointment
    - Communicate in Japanese by phone/email with MD and Sales Department in Japan head office
    - Logistic (handle export/import documents in English, coordinate with logistic company)
    - Accounting support (input data, collecting data asked by accounting firm, coordinate with accounting firm)
    - General admin(Control office supplies,Order, Payment )
    - Other tasks if necessary
    * We are planning to give OJT since job tasks inquire some knowledge and experience in variety fields

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    Thai nationality, Female, Age Over 29 and Under 50 years old
    Working experience over 7 years in any trading or manufacturing field
    Have high responsibility and can work individually
    Able to work in Silom and Sukhumvit area in Bangkok as we have a plan to relocate to Sukhumvit area

    [Language]
    Thai: Native
    English: Internal communication level
    Japanese: Business level JLPT N2 (No certificate is OK)

    [Advantage]
    Working for Japanese company or Understanding working with Japanese
    Knowledge of Logistic and Accounting fields
