• Job Description

  - Support customers’ request.
  - Assist with communication to Customer and Suppliers on quality matters, Interface with Customer and Supplier quality
  representatives.
  - Ensured that manufacturing capable to produce products to meet customers’ requirement in term of quality and quantities.
  - Supplier's Process Control, Process Audit, DPPM improvement, Component failure analysis, problem prevention.
  - Work with Production Engineering to handle non-conforming material, root cause analysis and mistake proofing.
  - Management the ISO TS/16949, APQP and PPAP.
  - Proactive works with suppliers by aiming to have good quality and high reliability raw materials, on time delivery and
  continuous suppliers’ processes / system improvement.
  - Smooth production from new products launch to mass production and material quality problem.
  - Supervise Quality Assurance department.
  - Effectively qualify raw materials in order to ensure supplier capable to produce raw materials that meet company’s
  requirement.
  - Periodically monitor raw materials in order to ensure that quality is still maintained
