  • Job Description

    1. Apply Quality Assurance technical to ensure process reliability process and part inspection.
    2. Lead, implement, train and control QC and Production staff in all inspection process steps to ensure 0 defects/ 0 claims
    3. Provide adequate documentation to ensure quality assurance, quality inspection and process control
    4. Ensure Customer requirements and mandatory inspections are documented and implemented
    5. Define, implement, train and coach Continuous Improvement Process for all manufacturing processes
    6. Register, analyze, implement corrective and preventive actions from customer complaints, coordinate with other departments in order to ensure effectiveness of improvement actions
    7. Contact, inform, negotiate with customer and supplier for all quality relevant topics
    8. Support, coordinate with other departments to establish Quality Assurance and CIP/ KAIZEB in the whole supply chain
    9. Ensure correct use and documentation of the QMS ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO TS 16919 standards
    10. Support QMR for all QMS activities.
    11. Releasing & blocking non-conform parts in both in coming & out going gate.
    12. Decide, judge for all quality related topics to ensure 0 defects and 0 complaints.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Male/ Female / Age 28-36 years old
    -Diploma or Bachelor degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Material Engineering or related field
    -Quality Assurance, Quality Control experience in Automotive manufacturing for 3-5 years or would be advantage if having experience 2-3 years in Quality Inspection with various inspection devices
    -Experience 2-3 years as Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Process Control
    -Strong experience in failure and NC analysis; product, process and system audits
    -Good experience in PPAP/ APQP/ FMEA/ MSA/ SPC tools
    -Experience in multinational companies is a must
    -Deep knowledge and understanding of all ISO norms (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO TS 16919) and Customer Quality system.
    -Proficient use of all statistical and analytical methods and tools
    -Computer literacy and use of all modern communication tools
    -Communication: Good in English, able to write, read and speak, international contact and communication is required.
