  Legal compliance and lead to litigation
  - Drafting business contracts between HLAS and partners (debtor contracts)
  - Drafting business contracts between HLAS and partners (creditors contract)
  - Considering the contract of debtors and creditors who are unable to use the HLAS form
  - Being an intermediary dealing with big problems Such as a court / appropriate response
  - Review of various contracts, legal topics and legal cases
  - Provide legal advice such as labor law/environment
  - Provide legal advice in the case of a lawsuit
  - Prepare information documents for litigation cases
