• Job Description

  1 Adhere to safety and 5s for Molding machine and operation.
  2 Have a good knowledge for Injection molding MC, plastic materials and its characteristics and quality requirements of customer.
  3 Should be able to set up the new part on injection molding machine and give inputs to project engineer about running problems of new tool.
  4 Should be able to set up the machine parameters as per the standard operating conditions.
  5 Should be Good at analysis and solve the problem in the process of injection molding.
  6 Should be able to make a distinction between FG and NG parts easily.
  7 Should be able to guide and demonstrate quality requirements to operators.
  8 Should know the basic functioning of injection molding machine and do the daily cleaning, lubricating and maintenance of machine and mold.
  9 Should keep the records of hourly/daily production quantity/rejections and material consumption and show to his supervisor.
  10 Keep control over material drying process/regrinding material usage and solve the problems or else report to supervisor.
  11 Work on the molding machine as an operator if no work is assigned.
  12 Should confirm availability of man/machine/material for his shift and ensure that his shift and next shift do not face problems.
  13 Participate in improvement projects for cycle time improvements/reducing rejections/reduce cost etc.
