Job Description
To manage, control and respond all function of HR department.
- Payroll (salary, OT allowance)
- Recruit
- Welfare and labor affairs.
- Party and recreation activities.
- Labor skill development (Training)
- Visa and work permit
- GM Meeting data in power point
- To support all data to GM
- To prepare and keep monthly report and annual report concern to HR job.
- To prepare draft of training plan to GM.
- Other tasks as assign.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male/Female, Age : 35-45 years old
- 5-10 years of experience in HR functions.
- Experience in Manager level is required.
- Experience in visa and work permit would be advantage.
- Good command in Japanese and Computer skill (Ms office).English Level
