  • Job Description

    Key Accountability:

    1. Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
    2. Influence present and future courses by determining and evaluating current and future market trends
    3. Develop marketing strategy and marketing campaigns in order to achieve the school sales targets
    4. Generate sufficient amount of quality leads for sales team
    5. Create effective marketing and marketing communication campaigns
    6. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    7. Strengthen the brand image as number one brand in the market with excellent services, school premise, and student achievement



    Key tasks:

    Analysis
    1. Gather and analyze marketing and sales data from the school database system: SAGE
    2. Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
    3. Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share
    4. Investigate the current products in order to improve and expand product solutions and offerings
    Planning
    5. Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff
    6. Plan marketing and branding campaigns to achieve school mission and sales target
    7. Prepare and adhere to budgets
    8. Develop and launch all PR release, advertisements, and other marketing materials
    9. Ensure brand messages and characteristics are consistent
    Sales Support
    10. Generate sufficient amount number of quality leads through key channels i.e. advertising, PR, online activity, events, etc.
    11. Evaluate and suggest more effective ways to generate quality leads with a reasonable budget (cost per lead & cost per contract)
    Relationship Management
    12. Engage with students and parents thought in-school activities and events
    13. Engage consumers on social medias
    14. Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
    15. Deepen relationships with all media and prospective schools to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization

    Key Challenges:
    1. Motivate a team of people from diverse backgrounds and skills levels
    2. Find balance between optimum sales levels while maintain quality of educational delivery
    3. Sell the brand as a premium service

  • Requirement

    Qualifications
    1. 5 years plus in marketing and/or marketing communications
    2. 2 years plus in business management experience, ideally with premium B2C service and education sector
    3. Excellent in writing skills both Thai and English
    4. Excellent in data analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
    5. Excellent in developing and launching marketing campaigns both online and offline
    6. Can work on weekends and take day-offs on weekdays
