  • Job Description

    - Handle the day to day customs clearance operations of the department
    - Maintain proactive inter-departmental coordination, in order to process the shipments on time
    - Customer service - Attend and reply to client queries and proactively update them on the status of their shipments
    - Proper co-ordination with Shipping Lines, Transporters, customs and Customers for timely collection and dispatch of shipments
    - Handling general inquiries professionally (internally and externally) over the phone, in person, or through email
    - Supports and provides documentation and information requirements to facilitate routine cross border shipments
    - Prioritize and complete work according to client’s needs, customs requirements and standards
    - Accurate and timely customs processing for various types of shipments
    - Completing files in required time frame and in accordance with A & A and Customs' policies and procedures
    - Import regulations of the destination country
    - Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Thai, Female only age 30-35 years old
    - Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Logistics or related field.
    - Minimum 3-5 years customs clearance formalities operations experience in freight forwarding or shipping lines companies
    - Knowledge of Customs clearance documentation requirements for imports and export
    - Knowledge of port and customs working patterns and procedures.
    - Experience in freight forwarding activities related to import and export is an asset
    Good Command of English communication.
    - Good Computer literate in MS-Office, Outlook
