  • Job Description

    - Direct and manage all Ocean Freight and NVOCC business in the branch
    - Meet or exceed established business and profit growth targets; accountable for product P/L at the branch level
    - Establish and assure operational implementation and compliance with processes and procedures for handling the ocean freight product
    - Maintain strategic relationships with appropriate ocean carriers and negotiate contracts, including pricing and service standards
    - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
    - Develop and implement new business with established and new customers in the market
    - Develop and implement new product and service offerings to meet customer needs in conformity with goals and objectives
    - Work with staff members to ensure individual and branch KPIs are met
    - Other tasks as assigned by Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    「Must]
    - Male or Female, 35 - 45 years old.
    - Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related
    - Good command in English (Neo-3)
    - At least 5 years work experience in Freight forwarding in Sea Freight
    - Good knowledge and understanding in Sea Freight and Import
    - Have working experiences as Management
    - Good of planning, time management, organizational skills, problem solving, ability to motivate and team spirit
    - Strong decision making and problem solving skills

    - Have experience of NVOCC business
