  • Job Description

    - Responsible for Control 16 branch and Interpreter between Thai and Japanese
    - Provide leadership, motivation, direction and training to branch team to serve customers profitably
    - Meet or exceed total sales, gross margin, net income and asset management targets
    - Provide superior customer service
    - Knowledgeable and current about markets served, customers, vendors and competitors
    - Monitor employee performance, completing personnel evaluations as required and making appropriate salary-action recommendations
    - Make and arrange staff's contract
    - Assist in trouble shooting, identification and communication of potential issues
    - Other tasks as assigned by Director

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Age between 30-45
    - Have a good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 up)
    - Must have driving license (Sometimes go to branch around BKK)
    - 7 years experience in Management with more than 10 subordinates in any industry
    - Well know about Japanese people and culture
    - Have experience in Branch Manager is an advantage
