Job Description
- Planning to sell spare parts for service selling base on existing and new customers
- Set up individual sales quota, tracking and follow up team by weekly
- Continue to drive proactive culture to get more order, analytical report and update situation
- Productivity improvement, team building, support and coaching to team and well coordinator
- Manage Spare Parts Sales for UP and AP products for business growth
- Manage for market expansion to support service revenue growth
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or female Thai nationality, age between 34-40 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any related field
- Work experiences, minimum 3 years direct working experience in Service Sales or Service Operation or related field
- Be patient, Service mind, good attitude and willing to win
- Have experience in Air Conditioning business Service (Preferred) or related and well understand in HVAC
- Good skill in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Presentation, Others
- Proficiency in English language (Speaking, Writing, Reading) and preferred for Japanese
- Interpersonal and good communication, be proactive and good manage
- Have driver license and car, can travelling to up country
- Have team leader experience, team buildingEnglish Level
