  • Job Description

    A) Human Resources
    - HR Rules and Policies: Plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Thereafter update and enhance our existing HR policies, other company rules, and employee handbook.
    - Work Regulation and Legal Compliance: Ensure legal compliance to labour law and other related regulation; lead to set up internal system in compliance with Personal Data Protection Act. Continuously enhance compliance practices.
    - Recruitment: Conduct recruitment and support to select and hire suitable employees. Onboard new employees by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
    - Payroll and Compensation Benefits: Manage monthly payroll including proper w/h tax and SSO payment. Manage a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing HR budgets; and recommending and implementing pay structure revisions.
    - Appraisal: Ensure monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training supervisors to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors.
    - Competency Development, Training: Design and enhance the competency development of staffs, including plan and conduct companywide training.
    - Employee Engagement: Work for improving Employee satisfaction and engagement.

    B) Administration
    - Assistant to Management Team: As this role also doubles as the assistant to the management team, the HR & Admin personnel will be tasked with handling management’s travel logistics, agendas and appointments overseas. Similarly, you will also be attending to visiting overseas guests needs. Also you may be requested to support the management team on managing Company’s Finance/ Accounting and IT.
    - Corporate Secretariat: Support holding Annual General meeting, Board of Directors’ meeting and control to take necessary company registration procedure and keep records.
    - Company Rules and Document Control: Support management to keep up to date company rules in place. Control documentation activities of the company.
    - Risk Management, Compliance and Internal Control: Work with the management team, create and implement Risk Management Plan and enhance compliance including facilitating compliance training to the staffs. Support management to improve internal control system.
    - Overall Administration and Office Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day workings of the office by maintaining adequate office supplies, tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary. You will also oversee the overall office facilities management as well.to further improve our working environment.
    - Supply Chain, Sales Coordination: Support the person in charge on supply chain management such as distributor control, demand forecast, import goods; sales coordination..

    Any other by assignment.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male or Female,Thai national,Age 35-45 years old
    - Bachelor’s degree in any field
    - Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
    - Must have good knowledge of local labour laws
    - Prior experience handling payroll
    - Good command of English(Min Level 3)
