• Job Description

  - Plan and set strategies for engineering tasks to achieve goals as determined
  - Develop prototype, mass production, prototype examination and negotiation with related section
  - Design new model, monitor new suppliers and new products evaluation R&D and new product development
  - Attend meeting with related departments and individuals to analyse the problems in production and in defective products
  - Investigate the cause of production problems and introduce preventive countermeasure
  - Enhance the efficiency of production and reduce wastes
  - Prepare annual report for Production Engineering Staff to operate safely and smoothly in accordance with standard and evaluate staff technical skills
  - Follow up daily/weekly/monthly summary of new product test, preventive maintenance, and facilities to analyse the preventive measure
  - Attend activities such as safety training, 5S, KAIZEN, ISO/TS16949 and other related activities
  - Perform a regular improvement of production engineering
  - Record the overtime working hours of subordinates and transfer for approval
  - Evaluate the annual performance of subordinates for the consideration of annual salary raise
  - Control the subordinate to comply with company's regulations
