  - To provide legal advice, consultation and assistance with respect to legal matters
  - Support the management and will be responsible for a broad range of legal, contract management and legal administration matters of the company
  - Provide advice on legal matters to minimize the legal risk and to enhance the benefits of the company.
  - Support the compliance viewpoint
  - Assist in advising on compliance and regulatory developments to ensure the business remains compliant in business activities.
  - Draft and commentary review contract, agreements and corporate documentation between company and public company or private company
  - Provide legal support on various claims and sales contracts.
