Job Description
1. Issuing invoice, receipt and calculating clients' expenses (telephone fee , car parking fee , copy fee)
2. Reserving the meeting room for the clients
3. Presenting and convincing the clients to rent Crosscoop office space when the client come to see the office space (the clients are Thai , Japanese , Western , ETC.)
4. Ordering office stationary (such as paper , tissue , beverage , etc.)
5. Answering the phone (at the reception)

Requirement
1. English language skill
2. Japanese language skill (JLPT (N3 or higher) certificate is required)
3. Have service mind and love to help other people.
4. Age below 30 years old
5. Able to join Crosscoop (Thailand)Co., Ltd from 1st September, 2019.English Level
