  • Job Description

    - Control mold repairing, new model and production process engineering system
    - Analyse and solve other tasks for the engineering team
    - Control the improvement system and work methods to increase the efficiency of mold and productivity
    - Coordinate with makers or customers for problem-solving and create design
    - Control and monitor manpower and performance
    - Perform any other related duties as General Manager may require

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 35-45
    - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Faculty of Mechanical, Production Industrial, mold design only)
    - Work experience, 7-10 years, in manufacturing rubber with 5 years at a management level
    - Must have an experience in rubber or plastic mold to create, repair and design (injection, compression, extrusion)
    - Good command of spoken and written in English
    - Good knowledge and understanding of system (IATF 16949, Core Tools, ISO 14001 or other related fields)
