• Job Description

  - Control, organize and manage warehouse operations including quality system
  - Communicate with key persons in overseas and domestic warehouse
  - Establish procedures, introduce new system, and improve business
  - Control and ensure accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning well and that all relevant records are properly maintained
  - Assess the availability of space and prepare stacking or storage plans prior to programming or contingency commodities arrivals
  - Closely monitor the quantity and quality of stored commodity(ies)
  - Carry out regular physical random checks of commodities and inventory in the warehouse
  - Control and manage expense to be in line with company's target and budget
  - Provide assistance to support Japanese Manager as Warehouse Assistant SV (in domestic and overseas)
