  • Job Description

    - Evaluate the people impact of organizational plans and/or programs for future organizational effectiveness
    - Participate with functional leaders and others as necessary to develop and implement strategic organization plans, short term and long term resource/staffing plans
    - Provide direction, leadership and support for all HR related processes/activities to managers, supervisors and employees
    - Handle training more interactive, practical and closer to business needs, introduce innovative and creative training tools and techniques
    - Develop, maintain and roll out complete annual training calendar
    - Update timely and communicate all (weekly, monthly & yearly) reports and analysis relating to objective planning, midyear reviews and performance improvement plans
    - Guide and support managers in developing corrective actions and performance enhancement process to ensure proper documentation and follow up with low-performing employees
    - Assist managers and employees in timely completion of all steps in annual performance management process

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 29-35
    - 7 years of related working experience, with 3-4 years in managerial positions.
    - Strong interpersonal and coaching and facilitation skills including business analytics
    - Good influencing and interpersonal skills with people of all levels
    - Fluency in spoken and written English
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Suites, etc.)
    - Committed to high standards and continuous improvement
    - Willingness to take challenges and ability to work under pressure
