Job Description
-Manage an end-to-end customer service operation of an e-commerce business (Voice and Non-Voice)
-Analyze operation performance ensuring that all required KPIs are met
-Ensure that the operation team are working effectively and follow all client service processes and compliance when handling customers and sellers queries and complaints
-Prepare weekly and monthly operation reports presenting to the clients
-Manage the development and implementation of operational strategies for better performance and client satisfaction
-Coach and monitor management team and staff’s performance according to established monitoring standards
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male/Female, 30~45 years old
- Bachelor degree or higher in any field
- Able to communicate in English well (Required to communicate with Japanese managers/MD)
- At least 3-5 working experiences in managing customer service operation
- Experience in working at call center/Outsourcing/Logistics(DHL,Fedex...)/Airline/Payment etc
- Excellence command of written and spoken EnglishEnglish Level
