  • Job Description

    - Supervise, control and manage technicians and customers to ensure all operation meets customer's requirements
    - Control, manage and analyze system and development for business operation
    - Report on readiness and statistics relating to customer service (repair and maintenance) and meeting with customers, and present reports to management executives
    - Analyse information relating to customer service and evaluate service performance for customers
    - Develop and identify indicators to verify and develop the efficiency of Department
    - Generate documents for service operation (repair and maintenance, PM, etc.), and organize and maintain the documents
    - Use MMS, Microsoft Excel or Word (computer programs) to record service activities
    - Control the recording of information relating to sales, service including supervising Department of Call Center
    - Coordinate with other related departments to facilitate operation
    - Execute other related tasks as directly assigned by Director

  • Requirement

    - Male, Thai nationality, age between 36-46
    - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
    - Work experience, minimum 5-10 years, as a service engineer, technical support in coffee grinder machine company or a related industry
    - Work experience, minimum 2 years, in management level and staff supervision (more than 10 people)
    - Proficient in providing information for internal staff and external parties
    - Good attitudes for after-sales service and customer care
    - Service mind and problem-solving skills
    - Leadership qualities, tolerance, and accountability
