  • Job Description

    - Act as the main HR contact for top-level management executives and employees
    - Develop, manage and support HR team members in achieving their targets
    - Responsible for the whole recruitment process of Thai and international employees
    - Cooperatively manage employees performance including tracking, development, and evaluation
    - Regularly track and report on HR performance to management executives
    - Develop and implement HR projects and processes to be more efficient and effective
    - Plan and organize company activities
    - Develop and improve internal HR processes and standards of HR team members
    - Consult with line management executives and provide HR guidance when appropriate
    - Improve employee work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
    - Ensure compliance with Thai labour law

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 35-45
    - Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant field
    - Work experience, minimum 3-5 years, in HR field, especially recruiting functions
    - Extensive knowledge of recruitment, administration, management, and development
    - Skills in people management, handling operational tasks and leading team
    - High level of cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt to an unfamiliar environment
    - Having an excellent command of English
