    - Responsible for the management of overall production
    - Control and manage Production Department (approximately 15 staff and 280 operators)
    - Improve production by analysing production performance
    - Handle quality functions by incorporating with Quality Department
    - Report directly to Japanese president (this position is top management level)
    - Correspond with Japanese Head Office via emails or phone calls
    - Other related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    * Male / Age : 30~40 years old
    * Having experience as production engineer for 5 years over.
    * Having experience as production supervisor or manager in factory

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level

  • Other Language

    None
