  • Job Description

    - Draft and review commercial contracts and documents including meeting with relevant parties with respect to contract issues
    - Provide legal advice on legal related issues so as to minimize potential legal risks and cope with company's business operation
    - Coordinate, liaise and handle related issues with government agencies and relevant external source
    - Research on laws and government regulations for all department's awareness and action
    - Other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 30-35
    - Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Law with a Thai lawyer License or Barrister-At-Law
    - Notarial service attorney is preferable
    - Work experience, minimum 7 years, in a corporate legal field
    - Strong experience in drafting and reviewing contracts or legal documents and handling labour disputes and litigations
    - Intensive experience in factory, environment or a tax law related field
    - On-the-job experience in a law firm (tier-one firm) will be an advantage
    - Good command of English (TOEIC, minimum 700 scores, is an advantage)
    - Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
    - Analytical thinking skills with self-motivation and service-minded personality
    - Ability to adapt multitasks, fast-learner and professional working proficiency
