• Job Description

  - Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets
  - Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports company’s strategic initiatives
  - Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control program. Investigate, analyze and suggest corrective
  - Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas
  - Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts
  - Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including ISO Office, quality control, procurement, distribution and management
  - Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of production theory to product / process improvement projects
  - Supervise and train production team members as necessary
  - Oversee project production efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget
  - Review and analyze daily, monthly reports
  - Coordinate work with other sections for improvement
  - New products trial, Recipe trial, support new products development process
  - Analysis and solve problem during new products development process
  - Input for new products development process about production concern
  - Other assignment from supervisor
