  【Job Summary】
  - To manage the staff 7.8 staff in the production department.
  - Responsible for management for the production process
  - Control and production plans in accordance with the plan.
  - Monitor and manage production output including recovery plan to achieve hourly/shift target.
  - Control subordinates on the production line
  - Make a monthly report to management
  - Report to Japanese boss
  - Other related tasks as needed
